By enrolling in Pillars Academy or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
All applicants must complete the application form and attend a trial session. Acceptance into the academy is at the sole discretion of our coaching staff.
Players must meet the age requirements for their chosen program. Age is determined as of the start of the season.
All players must provide a medical clearance certificate before participating in training or matches.
Program fees are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment. Fees cover training sessions, coaching, kits, and facility use.
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or approved payment plans. All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).
Late payments may result in suspension from training until fees are current. A late payment fee may be applied.
Refunds are available within 30 days of enrollment, minus a registration fee. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another family member or held as credit for the following season.
Players are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions and matches. Excessive absences may result in removal from the program.
Parents/guardians must notify the coaching staff in advance of any planned absences.
Players must arrive on time, properly equipped, and ready to participate. Failure to meet participation standards may result in disciplinary action.

Violations of the code of conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the academy without refund.
Parents/guardians must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications. This information will be kept confidential and used only for safety purposes.
In case of injury or medical emergency, the academy will attempt to contact parents/guardians immediately. If unable to reach them, we are authorized to seek emergency medical treatment.
The academy maintains liability insurance. Parents/guardians are responsible for their own medical insurance coverage.
Football is a physical sport that carries inherent risks of injury. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks. The academy takes reasonable precautions to ensure safety but cannot guarantee injury-free participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pillars Academy, its directors, coaches, and staff are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in academy activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
By enrolling, you grant the academy permission to use photos, videos, and testimonials featuring the player for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically opt out in writing.
Training and match kits are provided by the academy and remain academy property. Players must return all equipment upon leaving the program.
Players are responsible for providing their own boots, shin guards, and water bottles.
Players are responsible for the care of academy equipment. Lost or damaged items must be replaced at the player's expense.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pillars Academy and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Players may withdraw from the program at any time by providing written notice. Fees are non-refundable after the 30-day period.
The academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment for violations of these terms, non-payment, or behavior detrimental to the academy.
The academy reserves the right to modify training schedules, coaching staff, or program structure as needed. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
